Otter Cliffs Elopement | Rendezvous Elopements | Kate & Justin

Title

Kate and Justin reached out to us in April of 2023 about their plans to elope in Acadia National Park in September of that year. They are from Connecticut and like many other New Englanders, Acadia holds a special place in their hearts. On September 25th, 2023 we met up with Kate and Justin for their elopement in Acadia National Park. Beforehand we had decided on Otter Cliffs and Jordan Pond as both of those locations have had a special impact on their lives. We had a specific spot near Otter Cliffs where they had their intimate ceremony surrounded by their immediate families. After the ceremony, we snapped some family portraits and explored Otter Cliffs with Kate & Justin.

After the Otter Cliffs Ceremony

Continuing with the day, we headed over to Jordan Pond for a little more exploring. We snagged a parking spot, I swear sometimes parking is stressful. Thankfully we had no issue. We explored the area, walked along the pond on the boardwalk, and talked about their travels and adventures together. We eventually turned around and met Kate’s sister along the trail, she snagged some popovers, an iconic Jordan Pond House treat and we headed back to the cars.

Their day was surrounded by the beauty & magic of Acadia and they were able to share it with those closest to them. We truly could not have asked for a better day.
